This 80/20 Tall Fescue/Bluegrass blend of turf grass varieties that perform strongly in our area will allow not only the perfect green lawn demand, but one that will tolerate the high disease and drought pressure that are present in our region.

In the Northeast, we are prone to those shaded areas where the grass does not perform like you would prefer. This mix is made up of several different fine fescues that thrive well in these areas!

This mix was made with one thing in mind; success! Success not only is earned through the great appearance of these varieties together, but this mix is able to handle all different soil types and the ever-changing climatic conditions.

This mix is made up of annual and perennial grasses for the instant satisfaction of green growth while also having something that comes back the next year! This mix is great for establishment in year one, with a perennial mix following in year two.
